Marzipan muffins

Let’s bake some muffins! Today baking went really well. Those are ones of most delicious muffins I ever made. Just pure divine creation. You will love it. 😍

Marzipan muffins

150g butter
200g Flour
2 tsp baking powder
300g marzipan
2 eggs
200g Crème fraîche
100g sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp walnut liqueur (to taste)
16 cup muffin forms or muffin tin

Put marzipan in the fridge at least one hour in advance. It will be easier to cut it. Preheat the oven to 180°C (355F°). Melt the butter on low heat and let cool down to room temperature. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Mix the eggs with crème fraîche, sugar, lemon juice, walnut liqueur and butter. You don’t need to worry about alcohol, it all evaporates in the oven. Cut the marzipan into small cubes. Quickly whip in the flour mixture and mix in the marzipan. Pour the dough into muffin forms (I use silicon) on the baking tray. Place half walnut on top. Bake the muffins in the oven (centre) for 25 minutes. Let cool down before serving. Enjoy!
