Chickpea con carne

 I have something real delicious yet healthy and super playful Meal in a bit Mexican vibe and my new recipe I created and it’s Tadaa:

Chickpea con carne

1 can chickpea
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomatoes
5 tbsp tomato purée
1 big onion
6-8 cloves garlic
2-3 red peppers
400g ground beef
1-2 chili shots (optional)
Olive oil
Caraway
Smoked paprika
Pepper and salt
Ground cheddar to serve

Heat olive oil in wok, add cut onion and crushed cut garlic and fry until glassy. Add meat plus spices and cook a few minutes until the meat is not raw anymore. Sieve and wash beans and chickpeas and add to pan together with cut peppers. Add a bit olive oil and occasionally stirring fry a while. Add tomatoes from can and cut if whole and tomato purée. Spice up to your taste and let cook on lower heat for 10 more minutes. Serve with ground cheddar. Enjoy!
