Tender Asparagus bowl

I got beautiful fresh asparagus yesterday and got inspired by my cooking muse to create this divine dinner. 😻 I believe you will enjoy it same as I did! It is simple, quick and easy to fix just how I love my food in summertime.

Tender Asparagus bowl (2 servings)

4-5 sticks asparagus
200g pork tenderloin
150g small can bamboo shoots stripes
4 medium young potatoes
Olive oil
Red, white and black ground pepper
Salt
Coriander
Caraway

Clean and cut meat, potatoes and asparagus to similar sized pieces. Heat up the olive oil in wok and add cut tenderloin. Let fry a bit and sprinkle with pepper, caraway and coriander, don’t add salt yet it would dry out the meat. When meat is half done throw the rest of the ingredients in a pan and now can add also salt, might add some more olive oil and spices. Fry on a middle heat with occasional stir for around 15 minutes (depending on size of pieces) and… that’s it 💕 Enjoy!
